The Deep Adventure Dive is what most people look forward to the most. The major reason for this is that you will increase your depth limitation from 18 to 30 meters. As mentioned, the underwater world changes as we descend deeper, and the chances of spotting Mola Mola are more likely. The increase in depth doesn’t result in a more difficult dive, however, it involves a few slight differences. First, together with your instructor, you will review the knowledge development and thereafter discuss the deep dive plan. During a deep dive, you will notice that your air consumption might be faster than it was before. The time we can spend at depth will also decrease because of the effects of gases on our bodies. We will also play a few games underwater and thus will see how depth affects different aspects of the natural world as we know it.

The ability to achieve and maintain buoyancy is a skill that transforms someone from a good diver to a great diver. In general, buoyancy is something that most people have difficulty with during the Open Water Course. It takes time underwater as well as practice in order to understand it and thereafter, to perfect it. The Peak Performance Buoyancy adventure dive will enhance your buoyancy skills through various exercises and fun games. Your instructor will provide professional tips on how to work on your buoyancy throughout every dive, in all types of conditions. In the end, you will certainly be a buoyancy Guru!

Finding your way around underwater is an impressive skill to have and will definitely be useful for your diving adventures. With the right tools and professional training, you will turn into an underwater GPS system. You will learn how to use a compass and utilize it for dive site orientation. Additionally, we will also practice using our compass in search and recovery scenarios, which is a useful ability to have. Being a confident navigator will ultimately make you feel more comfortable underwater and thus maximize your enjoyment. In fact, your dive buddies might also look to you for guidance if they need it. On the whole, being a star navigator won’t hurt and will surely come in handy!

Nusa Penida Island is home to some of the greatest drift diving in Indonesia. Our dive sites are famous for having strong currents which many divers flock to from around the world. We don’t blame them, it truly is an amazing feeling to drift alongside a giant Mola mola. Choosing to do the Drift Adventure Dive here is a great idea. You will surely learn how to master your drift diving skills and take them with you around the world. Keep in mind that you will be under the constant supervision of a PADI professional who will guide you along. It is worth noting that the buoyancy dive goes well together with the drift dive. If you can master these 2 skills together, then you are on the right track. Drift diving is certainly a crowd favorite and we are sure that you will love it, too.

Learning how to identify different fish species, their habitats, and behaviors is as fun as it sounds. In general, as a diving community, we often see fish we can’t name and rely on dive professionals for answers. Although they are happy to help, it is advisable to have your own knowledge of the underwater world. The more we know about what lies beneath the surface, the more we will enjoy our dives. As a result, you may even develop an unknown passion for the sea creatures of the deep. This is especially true for those who are passionate about ocean conservation. Together with your instructor, you will learn how to identify different fish families, where they live, and how they behave. In the end, you will feel better about yourself by knowing exactly what is swimming around you while diving.

As the most popular one, this dive will take you down below 18 meters and up to 30 meters. There are a few special considerations you must take into account. However, it is not difficult and not unlike more shallow forms of diving. Firstly, you must understand that air consumption rates are faster the deeper you are. Secondly, you must understand the risks of nitrogen narcosis. Some say that it is like feeling intoxicated. You may feel inappropriate euphoria. Besides, research has shown that it affects divers below 20m, though effects are mild until 40m. Your instructor will play a simple game to test its effects. Also, swallowing up will ease its effects.
Having good buoyancy is one of the hallmarks of being a good diver. Furthermore, it is something that most divers struggle within the beginning. All in all, having a dive specifically aimed at improving buoyancy is very important. Most come out of this and say that it is the most useful dive they have ever been on. Your instructor will set up several obstacles for you to navigate through. Furthermore, they will provide special tips that will help you.

You may not always have a guide showing you where to go! Navigating underwater is no easy task, but it can be done with the right training. Learning to use a compass is essential. Overall, the goal is to reach the interest points and then be able to return to the boat or the shore. Excellent navigation will allow you to get the most out of each dive. For sure, you want to utilize every breath of your tank when diving!

Adrenalin and fun! This is a great adventure dive to go on, especially in our waters. We have many spectacular drift dives located in the north of Nusa Penida. As a matter of fact, with training, you will be able to feel comfortable in the current. Buoyancy control is essential, so it goes well with the Peak Performance Buoyancy dive. It is a truly exciting feeling to fly through the currents.

With this adventure dive, you will better understand our underwater world. In the beginning, you are probably not sure about the creatures you see underwater. While, the more you learn and can identify, the better your dives become! You will be amazed at your progress. Besides, there are a lot of special relationships between marine organisms.
